A Foundation for Care

Woodfalls Care Home is a Care Home without Nursing registered for 23 people. We care for a range of low to highly dependent residents some of whom have general health and mobility decline and others who are living with a range of dementias, and provide palliative End of Life care.

Our experienced, friendly and courteous care team provides professional round the clock care. Our team have a wealth of knowledge and understanding in looking after the wellbeing of the elderly frail and those suffering with memory loss conditions, and undertake continuous training and assessment, ensuring that the quality of care you would expect to find, is maintained to the highest standard at all time

Woodfalls Care Home is located in the Wiltshire countryside and has several accessible external activities available for residents to remain involved in community life as far as they are able and wish to do so.
